Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright Reach Co-Parenting Agreement for Son Cruz: A Positive Step Forward

Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright have come to a child custody and support agreement for their son, Cruz. The agreement includes provisions for alcohol and drug restrictions to ensure a positive co-parenting relationship between the Vanderpump Rules alums. Jax and Brittany split in 2024, but Jax has since made positive changes in his life, moving closer to Brittany and Cruz. They will share joint legal custody of Cruz, with Brittany having the final say in case of disagreements. The agreement states that neither will pay child support, and they will each cover expenses while Cruz is in their care. There is also a clause regarding a waiting period before introducing significant others to Cruz. Jax will have Cruz every other weekend and on Wednesday nights, and both parents have agreed to remain sober while Cruz is with them. Despite past issues, Jax and Brittany are now focused on creating an amicable custody arrangement, committing to not speak negatively about each other in front of Cruz and even considering celebrating special events together. The Valley is available for streaming on Peacock.
