Acquittal in West Palm Beach: Cole Goldberg Cleared of Attempted Murder Charges
Cole Goldberg has been acquitted of attempted murder charges in a West Palm Beach, Florida courtroom after a three-day trial. The accusations stemmed from an incident in 2022 involving "90 Day Fiance" alum Caroline Schwitzky, where she claimed Goldberg tried to kill her by holding her head underwater during an argument at the Boca Bash. Witnesses intervened to stop Goldberg, who denied the allegations and stated he was trying to save Schwitzky from being hit by a boat in unfamiliar waters. Instead of a jury trial, Goldberg chose a bench trial, and the judge found inconsistencies in witness testimony, leading to his acquittal.
Goldberg expressed relief that the truth came out and feels a weight has been lifted off his shoulders after dealing with the accusations since 2022.
