Meet Aaron Pierre: The Newest Green Lantern in DC's Man of Tomorrow
Aaron Pierre has been cast in the upcoming DC movie, Man of Tomorrow, as part of the Green Lantern Corps. The film, directed by James Gunn, will see Pierre join the likes of David Corenswet as Superman and Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor. The story follows Superman and Lex Luthor teaming up to battle the alien threat Brainiac, played by Lars Eidinger. The movie is set to begin production this summer in Atlanta, with a star-studded cast including Rachel Brosnahan, Skyler Gisondo, and Sara Sampaio. Pierre's role as John Stewart in Lanterns, the upcoming HBO series, aligns with Gunn's vision of integrating the DC screen universe seamlessly. Production for Man of Tomorrow is scheduled to start in April and continue through the summer. Pierre's previous work includes roles in Rebel Ridge and The Morning Show, as well as voicework in Mufasa: The Lion King and GOAT.
