Interpol's Operation Synergia III: Global Cybercrime Crackdown Results in 94 Arrests and Seizures

Police in Macau played a key role in takedown operations, identifying over 33,000 phishing and fraud websites. These sites impersonated legitimate organizations like banks and government departments, leading victims to disclose sensitive information. The collaboration between law enforcement agencies and cybersecurity experts, such as Group-IB, S2W, and Trend Micro, was instrumental in disrupting cybercriminal networks and preventing further harm.
