The Voice Season 29 Battle Rounds: Intense Duets and Tough Decisions

The Voice Season 29 has moved on to the battle rounds after the blind auditions. Coaches Adam Levine, John Legend, and Kelly Clarkson each have 10 artists on their teams. In this round, the coaches paired up their singers for head-to-head duets, with only one artist moving forward from each pairing. The coaches also had the option to steal an artist eliminated by another coach, with Clarkson having the super steal advantage.
For Team Kelly, Jennifer Hudson advised the contestants, while Benji Madden and Muni Long advised Team Adam and Team Legend, respectively. The first night of performances featured Liv Ciara and Mikenley Brown singing "Focus" by H.E.R. Clarkson ultimately chose Mikenley as the winner, but both Legend and Levine tried to steal Liv. Clarkson used her super steal to keep Liv on her team.
Levine paired Bay Simpson and Hunter Jordan for a performance of "I'm the Problem" by Morgan Wallen. Despite leaning towards Hunter, Levine chose Bay as the winner. Team Legend's AJ Robinson and Lucas West sang "Wanted" by Hunter Hayes, with Legend choosing Lucas over AJ. Team Adam's Jaali Boyd and Bijou Belle performed "Die for You" by The Weeknd, with Jaali emerging as the winner.
Blaire Elbert and JW Griffin from Team Kelly sang "Never Again, Again" by Lee Ann Womack, with JW winning the battle. Grace Humphries was chosen as the winner over Adi Arora in Team Legend's performance of "Just Give Me a Reason" by Pink and Nate Ruess. Moses G. and Alexia Jayy from Team Adam sang "Nightshift" by Commodores, with Alexia winning the battle, but Legend stole Moses.
The Battle Rounds have showcased the talent and versatility of the contestants, with each coach facing tough decisions in selecting the winners. The competition is heating up as the teams continue to evolve and prepare for the next stage of the competition.
