Wolfgang Van Halen: A Musical Journey from Van Halen to Mammoth WVH

Wolfgang Van Halen, born in 1991 to Eddie Van Halen and Valerie Bertinelli, was immersed in music from a young age. He honed his musical skills early on, learning to play guitar, bass, and drums. At 16, he joined Van Halen as their bassist, impressing fans with his talent and confidence.
During his time with Van Halen, Wolfgang absorbed the band’s rock style and energy. He played on their 2012 album and gained valuable experience as a performing member. After the band disbanded in 2020, Wolfgang pursued his own musical path.
In 2020, Wolfgang released his debut album under the name Mammoth WVH, showcasing his songwriting and musical abilities. The album received praise for its strong identity and emotional depth, particularly the hit single “Distance,” dedicated to his late father, Eddie.
Following the success of his debut album, Mammoth WVH embarked on a tour to support the new music. Wolfgang assembled a live band to bring his studio work to the stage, captivating audiences with his performance as both lead singer and guitarist.
In 2024, Mammoth WVH released its second album, Mammoth II, further establishing Wolfgang as a frontman and songwriter. With creative control and a clear vision, Wolfgang continues to carve out his own path in the music industry, connecting with fans through his unique sound and heartfelt lyrics.
