Grand Ole Opry's 100th Anniversary Celebration: Honoring American Music in 2026

The Grand Ole Opry is celebrating its 100th anniversary throughout 2026, with special events honoring American music in honor of the USA's 250th birthday. On April 23, the Opry will pay tribute to bluegrass music, a genre that has deep roots on the Opry stage with Bill Monroe and his Blue Grass Boys. Performers for the night include Dailey & Vincent, Rhonda Vincent, The Gatlin Brothers, and others.

A special show on May 28 will celebrate the Bakersfield sound, a distinctive West Coast style of country music, featuring Vince Gill, Paul Franklin, The Gatlin Brothers, and more. This event marks a tribute to both the Opry's centennial and the USA's 250th birthday. On July 4, the Opry will host its 5,244th Saturday night broadcast on the country's 250th birthday.

The Grand Ole Opry showcases 3-7 live shows per week, with upcoming performances by artists such as 49 Winchester, Trace Adkins, Lauren Alaina, Terri Clark, Ashley Cooke, Dustin Lynch, Jo Dee Messina, Craig Morgan, Brad Paisley, Steve Wariner, and many more. Tickets for these events can be purchased at OPRY.COM.
