Rock for Jennifer: Guns N' Roses Reunion at the Troubadour Honors LA Promoter's Legacy

A Guns N' Roses reunion took place at the Troubadour in West Hollywood to honor the memory of Los Angeles promoter Jennifer Perry. The event, organized by Vicky Hamilton, featured Slash, Duff McKagan, Steven Adler, and Gilby Clarke on stage. The Rock for Jennifer event aimed to celebrate Perry's dedication to supporting bands she believed in and all proceeds were directed to MusiCares.
The lineup also included Tiame Downe from Faster Pussycat, Fred Coury from Cinderella, and others. Perry, who worked at Tapestry Artists and Avalon Attractions, played a significant role in creating OzzFest with Sharon Osbourne. Despite initial doubts about Ozzfest's return following Ozzy Osbourne's death, Osbourne confirmed that the festival will continue with his blessing.
Slash and McKagan, original members of Guns N' Roses, rejoined the band in 2016 and have been touring and recording with Axl Rose. Adler was the group's drummer from 1985-90, while Clarke served as the rhythm guitarist from 1991-94. The event was a heartfelt tribute to Perry's legacy in the music industry and a celebration of her impact on the bands she supported.
