Meet Thomas Carr: IU Basketball's Newest Assistant Coach

IU basketball has added Thomas Carr to its coaching staff as an assistant coach under Darian DeVries. Carr will be the fifth assistant coach for the team, joining Kenny Johnson, Rod Clark, Nick Norton, and Drew Adams. He previously worked at Louisville and College of Charleston before joining IU. Carr has a background in coaching and athletics administration, having worked at various institutions and programs. He played college basketball at Pfeiffer University and has a degree in sports management. Carr's coaching journey started at Chipola College and includes stints at high schools and universities. He brings a wealth of experience to the IU basketball program and is a valuable addition to the coaching staff.
