Ed Sheeran's Loop Tour Dominates February Boxscore Recap

Ed Sheeran wasted no time after wrapping up The Mathematics Tour and quickly kicked off the Loop Tour in late 2025. The tour landed him back at the top spot, grossing $70.8 million and selling 526,000 tickets in February, making it the highest-grossing and best-selling tour of the month. Starting in Oceania, Sheeran moved to major markets like Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney, significantly boosting his earnings for the month.

Sheeran's triple-header at Sydney's Accor Stadium and three shows in Melbourne's Marvel Stadium were the highlights of his month, bringing in $26.1 million and $24.8 million in ticket sales, respectively. With an additional date in Adelaide in March, the Oceania leg of the Loop Tour has become Sheeran's highest-grossing leg in the region, surpassing his previous tours.

While the first leg of the Loop Tour has been successful, it is unlikely to match the total revenue of Sheeran's previous tours, which had more shows. Sheeran has accumulated a career gross of over $1.8 billion from 19.6 million tickets sold since his first reported show in 2012. The Loop Tour is expected to push him past the $2 billion mark and 20 million tickets sold.

Sheeran has been a consistent touring act over the last decade, appearing on half of the monthly Boxscore recaps since 2019. With February's success, he has now spent four months at the No. 1 spot. This marks three years since his last time at the top in February 2023 during The Mathematics Tour.

Bad Bunny, who topped the charts in December and January, fell to the No. 2 spot in February. His world tour has been successful, grossing $230.3 million and selling 1.5 million tickets so far. Other notable acts on the Top Tours list for February include My Chemical Romance, Lady Gaga, Backstreet Boys, and Eagles.

Several acts made their Top Tours debut in February, including Cardi B with her solo Little Miss Drama Tour. The Boxscore recap also highlighted successful residencies by Sam Smith at The Castro Theatre in San Francisco and Def Leppard at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Dancing with the Stars' touring troupe and Strictly Come Dancing! also made appearances on the list.
