Iconic Guitar Played by Slash from Guns N' Roses Up for Auction at Propstore London
The iconic guitar played by Slash from Guns N’ Roses during their Not In This Lifetime tour is set to be auctioned off and could reach up to £300,000. This Gibson Les Paul ‘59 Custom Shop guitar was used on stage during the band’s 2016 tour, marking the reunion of Axl Rose, Slash, and Duff McKagan after nearly two decades apart. The auction, part of the Music Memorabilia Live Auction collection at Propstore in London, will also feature other music-related items, including a jacket worn by George Michael in his Faith music video and on tour, and a gold microphone used by Freddie Mercury of Queen, among others. The auction is scheduled for April 30 and will offer over 400 lots with a total pre-sale estimate of £1.5 million.
