Keanu Reeves to Star in New Sci-Fi Film with Stefan Kapicic: A Blend of Edge of Tomorrow and The Shallows
Keanu Reeves is set to star in a new sci-fi film directed by Tim Miller, with Serbian actor Stefan Kapicic joining the cast in an undisclosed role. Kapicic, known for his role as Colossus in the Deadpool movies, may play the antagonist to Reeves' character. The project, shrouded in secrecy, is said to blend elements from Edge of Tomorrow and The Shallows. The script, written by Ian Shorr, is being produced by Matthew Vaughn, Aaron Ryder, Andrew Swett, and John Zaozirny, with Scott Lumpkin as the executive producer. The movie, currently in production in the Dominican Republic, is slated for release on August 13, 2027.
