Canneseries 2026: Honoring Jisoo, Adam Scott, and Richard Gadd

The upcoming Canneseries International Television Festival will be honoring K-Pop sensation and actress Jisoo, Severance star Adam Scott, and Baby Reindeer creator Richard Gadd. Jisoo will be presented with the Madame Figaro Rising Star Award, Gadd will receive the Prix Konbini de L’Engagement honor, and Scott will be bestowed with this year’s Canal+ Icon award. Gadd’s latest project, Half-Man, will be showcased out of competition at Canneseries, alongside other notable series like Star City, The Terror, California Avenue, Paris Police 1910, and Prisoner. The competition lineup for Canneseries 2026 includes a diverse range of shows such as Alice and Steve, Guts, Harvest, I Always Sometimes, Snake Killer, Summer of 1985, Many People Need to Die, and The Red and the Black. The jury for this year’s competition will be led by Spanish director Isabel Coixet and includes industry professionals like Lesli Linka Glatter, Simon Astier, Vincent Elbaz, Mamadou Sidibé, and Ruth Barrett. The Canneseries industry section will feature discussions and keynotes from prominent figures like David Bernad, Hagai Levi, and Tawfik Abu Wael, covering topics such as K-Drama, artificial intelligence, and mobile-phone-first series. The 2026 Canneseries festival is scheduled to take place from April 23 to 28.
