EDDFEST 2022: Celebrating Iron Maiden's 50th Anniversary at Knebworth with Blaze Bayley Headlining Maidenville Stage

Iron Maiden's EDDFEST weekend is set to be an unforgettable celebration of the band's 50th Anniversary at the iconic Knebworth site. Blaze Bayley, former lead singer of Iron Maiden from 1994 to 1999, will headline the Friday night Maidenville stage. Blaze is thrilled to perform songs from his time with the band and is eager to see fans at Knebworth.
Fans can look forward to a powerful set from Blaze Bayley and his band, featuring songs from The X Factor and Virtual XI albums. The Maidenville stage on Friday night, curated by Steve Harris, will also showcase Gypsy's Kiss, the band Steve formed in 1974 before Iron Maiden. Steve Harris is excited to bring together past and present friends for this special weekend celebrating Iron Maiden's legacy.
The lineup for Friday night on the Maidenville second stage includes Blaze Bayley, Stray, Maiden United, Airforce, Gypsy's Kiss, Tony Moore's Awake, and Hair Metal Glamageddon. On Saturday night, the main stage will feature Iron Maiden, The Darkness, The Hu, Airbourne, and The Almighty. EDDFEST promises a unique experience with themed areas, live music, and the Infinite Dreams Museum Experience, offering fans a close look at Maiden relics.
The festival kicks off on Friday at 2pm with camping included for both nights. Campers can explore the Maidenville site, including the Infinite Dreams Museum Experience. Friday night offers early access to the site and entertainment on the Maidenville stage. Saturday brings the opening of the Main Arena, Eddie's Extended Emporium, and interactive experiences. Fans can enjoy Eddie's Dive Bar, the Unfair Funfair, and more surprises throughout the site before Iron Maiden's performance on Saturday night.
