Paramount Appoints Allie McLarty as Senior Vice President of Global Communications

Paramount has announced the appointment of Allie McLarty as the new Senior Vice President of Global Communications. In this newly created role, McLarty will report to Brooke Robertson, who serves as the Executive Vice President of Global Communications at the studio. Previously, McLarty held the position of Senior Vice President of Corporate and Financial Communications at Paramount Global, where she oversaw media relations and communication strategies for corporate, policy, and legal matters. She collaborated with executives across various sectors within the Paramount ecosystem, including film, television, and streaming.
Melissa Zukerman, Paramount's Chief Communications Officer, expressed excitement about McLarty's transition to the new role, highlighting the additional senior-level support McLarty will provide across Paramount Pictures, Paramount Television Studios, and Paramount Sports Entertainment. Zukerman emphasized the importance of continuity in key corporate areas as Paramount strengthens its content storytelling initiatives. McLarty will continue to fulfill her responsibilities in Paramount Corporate, including Government Affairs and litigation support.
Zukerman commended McLarty's contributions to the team since the integration of PSKY Comms over 18 months ago. She praised McLarty's qualities of discipline, humanity, and resilience, stating that McLarty embodies the values essential for the company's success. Zukerman expressed her enthusiasm for McLarty's new role and extended congratulations to her on this new endeavor. Prior to joining Paramount, McLarty worked at Edelman, where she advised Fortune 500 companies as the Executive Vice President of Special Situations and Co-Head of U.S. Operations. McLarty's career began in Washington, DC, where she served as official staff for Senator Mark Kirk (R-IL) on the campaign trail.
