Rock Fore! Dough 2022: Brantley Gilbert Headlines Charity Concert During Masters Week
Brantley Gilbert is set to headline the 22nd annual Drive for Show, Rock Fore! Dough concert on April 7 at 6 p.m. at the Lady A Pavilion in Evans Towne Center Park. The event, held during Masters Week, will also feature performances by Nashville-based artist Jake Matthew, Augusta native Forest Colter, and DJ Rock. All proceeds from the concert will go to benefit First Tee – Augusta. The executive director of First Tee – Augusta, Jill Brown, expressed gratitude to the artists for supporting the organization's mission and highlighted the event's significance as a Masters Week tradition in Augusta.
General admission tickets for the concert are priced at $40 in advance and $50 at the gate. Additionally, a limited number of VIP eight-person tables are available for purchase. Brantley Gilbert, a native of Jefferson, Georgia, has achieved success in country rock with multiple No. 1 singles and co-writing credits on hits for Jason Aldean. Jake Matthew, a rising star in Nashville, brings a soulful blend of country and Southern rock to the stage. Forest Colter, a local talent from Augusta, started his musical journey at Georgia Southern University. DJ Rock, who kickstarted his career at Georgia Southern in the late 1990s, has shared the stage with artists like Luke Bryan and Cole Swindell.
The First Tee Network, established in 1997, has expanded to over 175 learning facilities globally, formed partnerships with more than 335 golf courses, and introduced over 2.3 million young individuals to golf and its values. The Rock Fore! Dough concert has raised over $1.8 million for First Tee – Augusta over the years. Organizers are actively seeking vendors, volunteers, and sponsors for this year's event.
