Deli Boys Season 2: New Faces, New Challenges, Same Philly Underworld
Get ready for the return of Deli Boys on Hulu with its second season premiering on May 28. The upcoming season will introduce new recurring and guest stars, including Andrew Rannells, Kumail Nanjiani, Lilly Singh, and Robin Thede. Tan France will reprise his role as British crime mobster Zubair, joining series regulars Asif Ali, Saagar Shaikh, Poorna Jagannathan, and Fred Armisen. Armisen will play Max Sugar, a gambling savant with a dangerous edge, in the series set in Philly's criminal underworld.
The show follows Mir and Raj Dar, two Pakistani American brothers who inherit their father's criminal empire and face new challenges in Season 2. With more money comes more problems as the Dars navigate the treacherous world of crime in Philadelphia. Raj seeks revenge, Mir tries to expand DarCo, and the district attorney Andrew Chadwater hopes to make a big bust to boost his political career.
The new season promises to bring exciting storylines and character dynamics, with Rannells as the ambitious district attorney Chadwater, Nanjiani as defense attorney Danyal, Singh as Maalik Ali's wife Aisha, and Thede as the ethically questionable couples therapist Dr. Iverson.
