Former Executive Assistant Sues Howard Stern and Wife for Hostile Work Environment

Howard Stern's former executive assistant, Leslie Kuhn, has filed a lawsuit against him and his wife, Beth, accusing them of creating a hostile work environment. Kuhn claimed that Beth piled a significant amount of work on her and requested that she move into their large estate in Southampton. She alleged that she was fired less than two years after starting her job due to the hostile work environment, pressures from animal rescue operations on-site, and disorganized business practices.

Kuhn also claimed that a law firm representing Stern's production business presented her with a separation agreement that included a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that she allegedly signed before starting her employment. She is seeking to have the NDA declared unenforceable so she can speak freely about her employment.

According to Kuhn, she was asked to oversee the staff at Stern's mansion, including scheduling, payroll, and household functions, which also involved managing Beth's animal rescue and fostering operations. The legal documents did not provide further details about the animal rescue situation, but Beth reportedly mentioned having over 900 cats in their home over a five-year period.

The specifics of the lawsuit and the amount Kuhn is seeking in damages are not disclosed. Howard Stern has not commented on the matter at this time.
