Guns N' Roses Rocks São Paulo: Rare Performances and World Tour Highlights

Guns N' Roses made a rare live performance of their song "Bad Apples" at Monsters of Rock Brazil in São Paulo. This marked only the third time the band has played the track from their Use Your Illusion I album in a concert setting. The last time they performed it was in 1991 at Los Angeles' Pantages Theatre as part of the Use Your Illusion Tour. The song was also debuted at Rock in Rio 1991 in Brazil.
The band's setlist at the Allianz Parque show included other rare tracks like "Dead Horse" from Use Your Illusion I, which has been played only a few times in the past seven years. They also brought back "Rocket Queen" from their debut album, Appetite for Destruction. Additionally, they covered Black Sabbath's "Junior's Eyes," Bob Dylan's "Knockin' On Heaven's Door," Wings' "Live And Let Die," and The Damned's "New Rose" during the 23-song set.
This performance was part of Guns N' Roses' 2026 world tour, which began in Monterrey, Mexico, on March 28. The tour features new songs like "Atlas" and "Nothin'" that were released in December. Guitarist Slash mentioned in an interview that the band plans to release a package of re-recorded songs before working on a new album with original material.
The band's upcoming show is scheduled for April 7 in São José do Rio Preto, Brazil, followed by more stops in Brazil before heading to Florida in late April. The tour will continue across Latin America, North America, Europe, Australasia, and Singapore until December. Opening acts for the tour include the Black Crowes, Public Enemy, Pierce the Veil, Ice Cube, and the Barbarians of California.
