The Playerbase: Join PlayStation's Gaming Community and Become a Part of Your Favorite Games!
For more than three decades, we have been dedicated to honoring our gaming community, a crucial part of PlayStation's past and future. We are thrilled to introduce "The Playerbase," a unique opportunity for our most devoted PlayStation fans to have their likeness scanned and featured in PlayStation games. The initiative will kick off with Gran Turismo 7, with plans to include fans in other PlayStation Studios titles soon. This community program will be open to participants in select markets across the Americas, Europe, Asia, South Africa, and Australia. To learn more about The Playerbase and apply, visit playstation.com/the-playerbase, where you will be asked about your PlayStation experiences and required to sign in with your PlayStation account ID. After reviewing applications, a limited number of finalists will be chosen for video interviews to select one fan to be featured in Gran Turismo 7 as part of The Playerbase. The chosen fan will have a special in-game character portrait, design a custom Fantasy Logo, and create a unique vehicle livery permanently added to the Showcase menu. They will also visit a visual arts studio in Los Angeles for a scanning day and collaborate with a designer on their creations. As The Playerbase expands, more PlayStation Studios will participate, offering fans opportunities that align with each game's style and universe. Stay tuned for updates on this exciting initiative.
