Introducing Comeback: Marvel's New Anti-Hero in Web of Venom #1
Marvel's new Web of Venom series introduces a mysterious anti-hero with a symbiote connection to Peter Parker and Spider-Man. The first issue, written by Jordan Morris and illustrated by Luke Ross and Ramon Rosanas, follows the anti-hero duo as they plan a jailbreak. The symbiote can shape-shift into various weapons, including boomerangs made of symbiote substance. The host, Fred Myers, also known as Boomerang, was bonded to the symbiote named Passenger after a lab raid gone wrong. Passenger had been on Earth for over 200 years without a host and created a new look inspired by Venom and Spider-Man. Together, they take on the name Comeback and embark on a mission to rescue Overdrive from police custody. Web of Venom #1 is now available for purchase at comic shops.
