Longtime Guns N’ Roses guitarist Richard Fortus has recently released a new shirt inspired by a 35-year-old meme. The shirt, featuring Fortus’ logo and the text “I Don’t Know Where Izzy Is,” is available for purchase through Agent Royale. Priced at $45, the shirt can be bought online. The meme originated during the filming of the band's music video for “Don’t Cry” in 1991, when a sign asking “Where’s Izzy?” was displayed, referring to Izzy Stradlin's absence. Stradlin left the band shortly after, and the meme has persisted among fans ever since. Fortus, a member of Guns N’ Roses since 2002, is the third-longest standing member of the group. Despite the reunion of other original members in 2016, Stradlin did not return due to reported disagreements over profit sharing. Stradlin has maintained a low profile in recent years, with his last known musical contribution being on John Mellencamp’s song "Grandview."
