Superman Experience: Defenders Unite at Warner Bros. Studios
Superman Day is just around the corner on April 18, and to celebrate, Warner Bros. Discovery Global Experiences and DC Studios are launching the Superman Experience: Defenders Unite at Stage 5 on the Warner Bros. Studios lot in Burbank, California. This new walkthrough experience and live gameplay attraction will allow guests to unlock their superpowers, team up, and fly alongside Superman using cutting-edge technology.
The Superman Experience features an original storyline inspired by the hit film "Superman." Guests will be recruited by Superman himself in the Fortress of Solitude and receive Kryptonian abilities for a critical mission. Through immersive technology, guests will soar through the skies with Superman, train on the Kent Farm with Krypto the Superdog, and battle the DC Super-Villain, Darkseid.
Vice President Danny Kahn expressed excitement about the immersive experience, stating that it allows fans to step into the world of DC storytelling in a fun and engaging way. Guests will have their scores displayed in real-time as they train and fight off Darkseid's invasion, adding a competitive element to the experience.
The Fortress of Solitude hub will feature interactive mini games, photo opportunities with Superman's robot companion Gary, and themed activities like playing catch with Krypto and activating the Phantom Zone Projector. Guests can also enjoy themed snacks at the Fortress of Solitude lounge and purchase exclusive merchandise at the Daily Planet-themed retail store.
The Superman Experience is a separate ticketed attraction from the Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood and can be added on to the Studio Tour experience. Parking is available at the Studio Tour's Welcome Center, where guests will be shuttled to Stage 5 for the Superman Experience. Tickets can be purchased on the Superman Experience website and bundled with Studio Tour tickets for promotional offers.
