Denise Richards Spared from Garnishment: Judge Denies Creditor's Attempt to Access Earnings

Denise Richards, known for her role in 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,' has been spared from having her earnings garnished to cover her estranged husband Aaron Phypers' significant debt. A judge has rejected a creditor's attempt to access Denise's money to settle the debt. The creditor, Creditors Adjustment Bureau, had sued Aaron for an unpaid loan in 2022, resulting in a default judgment of $228,000 two years later. Subsequently, the company sought permission to seize Denise's wages and assets as Aaron's spouse, but the court has now denied this request after a recent hearing. The couple separated last year, with Denise obtaining a restraining order against Aaron amid allegations of domestic violence, which he denied. Additionally, Aaron is facing another default judgment of $160,000 in a separate lawsuit.
