A judge has rejected a creditor's attempt to access Denise's money to settle the debt. The creditor, Creditors Adjustment Bureau, had sued Aaron for an unpaid loan in 2022, resulting in a default judgment of $228,000 two years later. Subsequently, the company sought permission to seize Denise's wages and assets as Aaron's spouse, but the court has now denied this request after a recent hearing. The couple separated last year, with Denise obtaining a restraining order against Aaron amid allegations of domestic violence, which he denied. Additionally, Aaron is facing another default judgment of $160,000 in a separate lawsuit.
