Kendra Duggar's Family Faces Financial Hardship: GoFundMe Appeal for Displacement Expenses

Kendra Duggar and her husband Joseph are facing legal troubles, but Kendra's family is also in a tough spot financially. Kendra's father, Paul Caldwell, has set up a GoFundMe page to ask for help to prevent his family from facing homelessness. The funds raised will not be used for Kendra's legal expenses, but rather to cover displacement expenses for Paul, his wife Christina, and their children who still live at home with them. The GoFundMe was initially launched on April 4, taken down, and then put back up on April 7 with more details about the family's situation. Paul clarified that the funds will be used for moving expenses and housing costs until they can find a more permanent place to stay.
The GoFundMe appeal comes after Kendra, 27, was arrested on four counts of child endangerment charges, following her husband Joseph's arrest. The charges stem from incidents that allegedly occurred during a family vacation in Panama City Beach when a 14-year-old victim disclosed inappropriate behavior by Joseph towards her. The Bay County Sheriff's Office released a statement detailing the allegations against Joseph, including asking the victim to sit on his lap and touching her inappropriately. The family is facing a challenging time, and Paul is seeking support to avoid being displaced from their home.
