Euphoria Season 3: Rue's Journey Continues in Mexico

Euphoria has made its highly anticipated return for season 3, more than four years after the end of season 2. The Emmy-winning series created by Sam Levinson follows Rue and her former classmates after a five-year time jump. The new season picks up with Rue in Mexico, in debt and trying to find ways to pay it off. Viewers will also catch up with characters like Cassie, Nate, Jules, Maddy, and Lexi.

The third season of Euphoria premiered on April 12, following the show's renewal in February 2022. Production for the new season began in January 2025 and eventually started in February of the same year. Like the previous seasons, season 3 consists of eight episodes that delve deeper into the lives of the characters dealing with addiction and insecurities.

Zendaya, who plays Rue, shared that the new season will bring closure and that the show has been a significant part of her growth as an actress. Euphoria airs on HBO and is also available for streaming on HBO Max. Don't miss the new episodes airing weekly at 9 p.m. ET.
