Donald Trump recently posted and quickly deleted a controversial AI-generated image of himself depicted as a Christ-like healer on his social media platform Truth Social. The image showed Trump in biblical robes leaning over a man in a hospital bed with a demon in the background, sparking criticism from his Christian supporters. Trump defended the image, claiming it portrayed him as a doctor "making people better."
Musician Jack White criticized Trump's post, questioning how millions of people could support such a conman. White highlighted Trump's controversial actions and statements, including attacks on the Pope and the use of the AI image, calling him the "Worst American of All Time." Despite Trump's attempts to explain the image as depicting him as a doctor for the Red Cross, White remained critical of the former president.
White has been vocal in his disdain for Trump, previously referring to him as "scum." In addition to his criticism of Trump, White announced new UK and Ireland tour dates for 2026, including shows in London, Bristol, Newcastle, Belfast, and Dublin. He also released two new songs, "G.O.D. and the Broken Ribs" and "Derecho Demonico," available as a seven-inch vinyl single from his Third Man Records label.
