The tour will kick off in Leeds on September 19 and include stops in Nottingham, Glasgow, Manchester, London, and Brighton. Formed in Ohio in 1986, the Afghan Whigs gained popularity during the alternative rock era with albums like Gentlemen and Black Love. Their 40th-anniversary tour will begin in Woodstock, New York, on April 25, followed by various US dates throughout May. The UK leg of the tour will feature support from musician Ed Harcourt.
