Kentucky Basketball Lands Top Point Guard Prospect Zoom Diallo from Washington Huskies
Kentucky Basketball has secured its point guard for the upcoming season with the commitment of Zoom Diallo from Washington Huskies. Diallo, a 6-4 guard, had an impressive sophomore season, averaging 15.7 points, 4.5 assists, and 3.9 rebounds per game. He brings scoring and playmaking abilities to the Wildcats.
Diallo, originally from Tacoma, WA, was a highly ranked recruit in the class of 2024 and has shown significant improvement since his freshman year. With two to potentially three seasons of eligibility remaining, Diallo adds depth and talent to Kentucky's roster.
Having played alongside Kentucky recruiting target Tyran Stokes at Prolific Prep in California, Diallo is familiar with high-level competition and is ready to make an impact in the SEC. His addition fills a crucial position for the Wildcats and sets the stage for further roster additions.
