With just six months left until Brazil's presidential election, AI chatbots continue to respond to inquiries about the best candidate, despite the new electoral rules prohibiting them from providing voting recommendations. The president of Brazil's electoral court (TSE), Justice Carmen Lucia, expressed concerns in January that AI chatbots could influence the outcome of the October election in the largest country in Latin America.
