Remembering Juha Miettinen: Tragic Passing at ADAC 24h Nürburgring Qualifiers
Following a serious seven-car crash during the ADAC 24h Nürburgring Qualifiers, race officials at Nürburgring announced the tragic passing of Juha Miettinen, driver of the BMW 325i car #121. Despite immediate medical attention, Miettinen succumbed to his injuries at the nearby Medical Center. The race was halted to facilitate rescue operations and will not resume on Saturday evening. A minute's silence will be observed in honor of Juha Miettinen before Sunday's race at 13:00. The qualifying event will not continue, but cars will return to the track for the ADAC 24h Nürburgring Qualifiers race on Sunday.
