He revealed that his current weight is 276.2 pounds, up from 265 pounds when he shot the Men's Health cover. Despite the setback, Jelly has set a new goal of training for the New York City Marathon in November and aims to shed the remaining pounds to reach his ultimate goal weight.

Looking ahead, Jelly has ambitious aspirations, including appearing on the cover of prestigious magazines like GQ, Rolling Stone, Vanity Fair, Forbes, or TIME with his shirt off. He envisions a transformative story of going from 560 pounds to a fit and healthy physique. Despite the challenges he has faced, Jelly's determination and resilience shine through as he continues to strive towards his goals.
