Ari Emanuel, the executive chairman and CEO of TKO Group, which oversees WWE, UFC, and other businesses, received a compensation package totaling $67.36 million last year, a significant increase from previous years. In 2024, Emanuel's pay package was $18.1 million, while in 2023, it amounted to $64.9 million, including a $24 million cash bonus and $40 million in stock awards. For 2025, Emanuel's compensation included a $3 million base salary, an $11.88 million cash bonus, $44 million in stock awards, and $8.12 million in cash under TKO Group's incentive plan, along with the value of personal aircraft use.

Additionally, Emanuel sits on the Board of Endeavor Group Holdings, which rebranded as WME Group following its privatization in a $25 billion deal with Silver Lake in March 2025. Endeavor Group Holdings maintains a 63.9% controlling ownership stake in publicly traded TKO Group, encompassing UFC, WWE, IMG, On Location, and PBR. By the end of 2025, Vince McMahon, the former CEO of WWE, held 8.6% of the company's Class A shares and possessed 3.4% voting power.
