Stuart Fails to Save the Universe: A Big Bang Theory Spinoff Adventure Coming to HBO Max
Get ready for the upcoming spinoff series from The Big Bang Theory, Stuart Fails to Save the Universe, set to premiere on HBO Max in July. The show follows comic book store owner Stuart Bloom, played by Kevin Sussman, as he tries to fix a device that causes a multiverse armageddon. Joining Stuart on his mission are his girlfriend Denise, geologist friend Bert, and quantum physicist Barry Kripke. The series will feature alternate-universe versions of characters from The Big Bang Theory, adding a new twist to the familiar storyline.
The cast members, including Kevin Sussman, Lauren Lapkus, Brian Posehn, and John Ross Bowie, shared a sneak peek of the show at CCXP Mexico City. They also announced that musician Danny Elfman will create an original theme song for the series. Stuart Fails to Save the Universe is created and produced by Chuck Lorre, Zak Penn, and Bill Prady, with Chuck Lorre Productions and Warner Bros. Television behind the production.
