Clavicular Faces Lawsuit: Allegations of Battery, Fraud, and Emotional Distress
Clavicular, also known as Braden Peters, is currently facing a lawsuit from another influencer, Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza. Mendoza has accused Clavicular of battery, fraud, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The legal documents obtained by TMZ reveal that Mendoza alleges Clavicular took advantage of her, engaged in sexual activities with her while she was under 18, and administered drugs to her face without permission.
Mendoza claims that she first met Clavicular when she was 16 and that he offered to help advance her career. She states that Clavicular paid her $1,000 to film videos in May 2025, presenting her as a potential face of "looksmaxxing." However, Mendoza alleges that the situation took a dark turn when Clavicular invited her to his parents' home in Cape Cod, where she was served excessive amounts of alcohol and was unable to give consent during sexual encounters.
During a livestream session in Miami, Mendoza claims that Clavicular and his friends consumed a white, powdery substance, which she refused. She further alleges that Clavicular injected Aqualyx into her face without permission, suggesting that methamphetamine was also involved in the injection. Despite these incidents, Mendoza continued to believe that Clavicular could help her career, only to later lose sponsorships due to his alleged efforts to discredit her.
In addition to the claims of battery, fraud, and emotional distress, Mendoza is suing Clavicular for unauthorized use of her name and likeness, seeking damages exceeding $50,000. Clavicular's attorney, Steve Kramer, has responded to the allegations, stating that they are unproven and that Clavicular denies the claims. Kramer asserts that Clavicular will defend himself vigorously through the appropriate legal channels.
This lawsuit comes on the heels of Clavicular's recent hospitalization for a suspected overdose, adding another layer of complexity to the ongoing legal battle between the two influencers.
