Eric Clapton's European Tour: Highlights from Amsterdam's Ziggo Dome Show and Upcoming Stops

Eric Clapton recently performed at Amsterdam's Ziggo Dome, marking his first show in the Netherlands in four years. The concert featured a 16-song setlist that included hits from the Cream catalog and tracks from his 1978 album, Backless. Opening for Clapton was Dutch artist Jett Rebel.
Clapton's history in the Netherlands dates back to 1968 when Cream pre-recorded an appearance for a Dutch pop music program. The recent show in Amsterdam showcased classics like "Layla," "Tears In Heaven," and "Cocaine," along with tracks from Backless such as "If I Don't Be There By Morning" and "Golden Ring."
Following the Amsterdam show, Clapton's tour will continue with a stop in Antwerp before heading to other European cities like Kraków, Budapest, and Prague. The tour will also include stops in Madrid, Barcelona, Mannheim, Cologne, and Munich, with a special appearance at Sandringham's Royal Estate in August.
In the fall, Clapton will embark on a United States tour starting in Detroit and making stops in cities like Cincinnati, Chicago, and Kansas City. The tour will culminate with the Crossroads Guitar Festival in Austin in late September. Tickets for the tour can be purchased on Clapton's official website.
