Musicians Hall of Fame Inducts Ninth Class: A Celebration of Musical Legends

The Musicians Hall of Fame recently inducted its ninth class, welcoming a dozen new members during a ceremony at Belmont University. The inductees included Dann Huff, Dolly Parton, George Thorogood & the Destroyers, John Boylan, Keith Urban, Leland Sklar, Michael McDonald, and the late Nicky Hopkins. The event began with a private medallion ceremony and concluded with an all-star concert to celebrate the honorees.
The Musicians Hall of Fame all-star band, featuring talented musicians and vocalists, paid tribute to the inductees with special performances. George Thorogood & The Destroyers, John Boylan, Dann Huff, Nicky Hopkins, Dolly Parton, Keith Urban, and Michael McDonald were honored for their significant contributions to the music industry.
The evening was filled with heartfelt performances and speeches, as artists and presenters expressed their gratitude and admiration for the inductees. The event also served as a tribute to producer Cliff Downs, who played a crucial role in the induction ceremony but sadly passed away shortly before the event.
With the induction of these new members, the Musicians Hall of Fame has now honored a total of 200 musicians, producers, engineers, and industry professionals.
