Countdown to Glory: U.S. Men’s National Team Roster Announcement Event
The U.S. Men’s National Team head coach is in search of the ideal 26 players to represent the country at the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The official roster announcement will be broadcast live on FOX on Tuesday, May 26, in a fan celebration event in New York City. The Rooftop at Pier 17 in the South Street Seaport will host the event, which is part of U.S. Soccer’s "Never Chase Reality" campaign to exceed expectations on the global stage.
The fan celebration will take place from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. ET and will lead into a special live roster reveal show on FOX from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. ET. The broadcast will be hosted by U.S. Soccer legends and FOX Sports broadcasters, with appearances from celebrities. The event will include live entertainment, interactive activities, and a Q&A session with Rand Getlin, co-founder of Park Stories and co-director of the HBO Original Sports Documentary Series "U.S. AGAINST THE WORLD: FOUR YEARS WITH THE MEN’S NATIONAL SOCCER TEAM."
Following the roster announcement, the USMNT will play their final two matches before the World Cup, facing Senegal on May 31 at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, N.C., and Germany on June 6 in Chicago, Ill.
