The estates of Dennis Dutton and Jack Dutton have initiated legal action against the estate of NASCAR legend Greg Biffle following a tragic plane crash on December 18, 2025. Dennis Dutton, the pilot of the aircraft, and his son Jack Dutton lost their lives in the accident. The lawsuits filed by both estates are seeking $15 million in damages each. Another lawsuit has been filed on behalf of Biffle's daughter, Emma Biffle, who also perished in the crash, bringing the total number of fatalities to seven.
