Meet the Finalists for the Lady Byng Memorial Trophy in the NHL

The three nominees for this prestigious award are Anze Kopitar from the Los Angeles Kings, Cole Caufield from the Montreal Canadiens, and Jake Sanderson from the Ottawa Senators.
Anze Kopitar, the captain of the Kings, had a remarkable season with 12 goals and 38 points. He is a two-time Stanley Cup champion and has previously won the Lady Byng Trophy three times in his career, including last season.
Cole Caufield, a forward for the Canadiens, had an outstanding season with a career-high 51 goals and 88 points. Despite his impressive performance, he only accumulated 14 penalty minutes throughout the season.
Jake Sanderson, a defenseman for the Senators, played 67 games and scored 14 goals with 54 points. He demonstrated exceptional sportsmanship by only receiving eight penalty minutes during the season.
Last season's Lady Byng Memorial Trophy winner was Jaccob Slavin from the Carolina Hurricanes. The winner of this year's award will be announced at a later date, recognizing the player who best exemplifies sportsmanship and skill in the NHL.
