Housekeeper Files Lawsuit Against Kylie Jenner Alleging Mistreatment and Discrimination

A second housekeeper has filed a lawsuit against Kylie Jenner, alleging mistreatment while working for the beauty mogul. The housekeeper claims that despite reaching out to Jenner for help, she faced abuse from her co-workers and supervisors. The lawsuit includes allegations of racial discrimination, harassment, failure to pay wages, and more. Jenner's representative has not commented on the lawsuit.

The housekeeper, Juana Delgado Soto, started working for Jenner in May 2019. She claims that she was denied meal and rest breaks and faced increased abuse and harassment when a new supervisor, Itzel Sibrian, took over. Soto filed a complaint with Human Resources in 2024 after Sibrian allegedly mocked her accent, immigration status, and race. The lawsuit details instances of retaliation against Soto for filing the complaint, including a threat of termination on her birthday.

Under new supervisors Patsy and Elsy, Soto alleges she was denied time off to grieve her brother's death and faced harassment from staff members. Despite multiple attempts to address her concerns, Soto felt compelled to write a letter to Jenner detailing the mistreatment she endured. Following the letter, Soto claims she was threatened with termination and instructed not to contact Jenner again.

Soto further alleges that after leaving the letter for Jenner, she faced additional mistreatment, including restrictions on her interactions with Jenner, limited restroom access, and being forced to clean the doghouse. In August 2025, Soto expressed her distress to her supervisors, citing mistreatment and anxiety caused by their behavior. She is seeking punitive and compensatory damages for the alleged employment and labor law violations.

Soto's attorney, Della Shaker, commended her client for coming forward and seeking accountability. Another housekeeper, Angelica Hernandez Vasquez, previously filed a lawsuit against Jenner, alleging severe harassment during her employment. Vasquez claimed she was humiliated based on her race, country of origin, religion, and immigration status. Jenner was not personally accused of bullying behavior in Vasquez's lawsuit.

The lawsuits against Jenner highlight the importance of addressing workplace mistreatment and discrimination. Employees should feel empowered to speak up against such behavior and seek justice for any violations they experience. It is crucial for employers to create a safe and inclusive work environment for all employees, free from harassment and discrimination.
