Evil Dead Burn" Trailer Unveiled: A Terrifying Family Reunion in the Sixth Installment

Warner Bros. Pictures has unveiled the trailer for the upcoming horror movie "Evil Dead Burn," directed by Sébastien Vaniček. This film, the sixth installment in the "Evil Dead" series, is set to premiere in theaters on July 24. "Evil Dead Burn" follows the standalone entries "Evil Dead" (2013) and "Evil Dead Rise" (2023). The cast includes Souheila Yacoub, Hunter Doohan, Luciane Buchanan, Tandi Wright, and George Pullar.
The story revolves around a woman who seeks comfort with her in-laws in their secluded family home after the loss of her husband. However, things take a terrifying turn as they are transformed into Deadites, leading to a nightmarish family reunion. The trailer showcases gruesome scenes, including an undead visitor with a gruesome injury, a zombie consuming burning candle wax, and a chilling encounter with a dishwasher filled with knives.
The "Evil Dead" franchise originated with Sam Raimi's 1981 film "The Evil Dead," which followed a group of friends facing demonic forces in a cabin. Subsequent films include "Evil Dead II" (1987) and "Army of Darkness" (1992). Bruce Campbell, who starred in the original film, returns as an executive producer for "Evil Dead Burn," alongside director Lee Cronin. The movie is co-financed by New Line Cinema and Sony Pictures, with Sony Pictures handling international distribution through Columbia Pictures.
