Teen Suspect Charged with Intentionally Hitting Pedestrian: Cleveland Metropark Police Investigation Update

A 19-year-old suspect was arraigned on Monday for allegedly striking a pedestrian with his car intentionally. Cleveland Metropark Police responded to the incident at Brookside Reservation on Sunday afternoon. The victim was taken for medical treatment following a verbal altercation. The suspect, Timothy Ruble, was charged with felonious assault and tampering with evidence. Ruble's bond was set at $30,000 during his arraignment in Cleveland Municipal Court.
