SWAT and Louisville Metro Police responded to an incident near downtown Louisville on Wednesday. The situation unfolded at the Christian Care Communities Chapel House, a senior living facility located on S 5th Street, opposite Ben Washer Park, which has been evacuated. Law enforcement has cordoned off a section of roads in the vicinity and deployed multiple officers and SWAT teams to the scene.
