Virginia Giuffre's Family Advocates for Justice: Pushing for Change After Tragic Loss

Virginia Giuffre's family was in Washington, D.C., while King Charles III visited the U.S. to mark the 250th anniversary of American independence. Despite the king's positive speeches, he did not meet with Giuffre's family. Giuffre, who accused Prince Andrew of sexual abuse, tragically died by suicide at 41. Her brother expressed disappointment at the missed opportunity for the king to address the allegations and show support for the survivors. The family held a vigil to honor Giuffre's memory and advocate for justice for survivors of abuse. The family continues to push for "Virginia's Law" to eliminate the statute of limitations for adult victims of sexual abuse and trafficking.
