Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval have sold their Los Angeles home after their breakup. The former Vanderpump Rules stars sold the house they bought together in 2019 for $3.1 million. The couple split in March 2023 after Sandoval was caught having an affair with their co-star Rachel “Raquel” Leviss. They had purchased the house for $2 million in 2019.

Following their breakup, Madix and Sandoval faced drama over the home. Sandoval mentioned on a podcast that he was still living in the 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom property and handled the housekeeping and gardening. They used a mediator to communicate as they navigated the situation.

In January, they settled the legal battle over the sale of their shared home. Madix joined Vanderpump Rules in 2013, and she and Sandoval announced their relationship in 2014. They prioritized investing in a home together over getting engaged or having an expensive wedding.

The couple discussed their decorating style in a 2019 interview, highlighting their strong personalities in the design. They compromised on decorating decisions to incorporate both of their tastes into their home.
