Meadows left behind his partner, Kennady Harvey, and four young children, prompting a fundraising campaign to support his family.
Meadows had recently accepted a job closer to home as a deckhand on a charter out of Washington, with plans to buy a house and eventually own his own charter boat. Shelford emphasized Meadows' love for his children, family, and life, highlighting his hard work and dedication. The crew vowed to keep Meadows' memory alive and support his family through the difficult days ahead. Todd Meadows' legacy will endure through his children and the cherished memories shared by those who knew him.
