Fatal ATV Incident Investigation in Becker County: The Case of Michael James Azure
An investigation into a fatal incident involving an ATV driver is currently ongoing in Becker County. The incident occurred after a deputy spotted a man, identified as 47-year-old Michael James Azure, driving an ATV on the highway in White Earth. The deputy recognized Azure and knew that his driving privileges had been revoked. A pursuit ensued but was called off when Azure drove onto a gravel trail and disappeared from sight. The ATV was later found abandoned in a field, and Azure was discovered unresponsive in a nearby wooded area. Despite efforts to save him, Azure was pronounced dead at the scene. The cause of his death is still being investigated, and an autopsy will be conducted by the Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office.
