Apple Music Club Launches Club Live: Streaming Live Events and Festivals Worldwide

Apple Music Club has introduced a new feature called Club Live, which will stream live events and festivals starting with EDC Las Vegas. The streaming service will showcase performances from various global festivals, events, club nights, and Apple Music studio sessions. Club Live aims to provide real-time access to some of the most culturally significant dance floors around the world.
The inaugural stream from EDC Las Vegas will kick off on May 15 and run from 7 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. PT, aligning with the festival's schedule. The following day, from 5:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. PT, Club Live will rebroadcast sets from the previous day's performances. Additionally, select sets will be available for on-demand playback in spatial audio after the livestream ends. This broadcasting format will continue throughout the three-day festival.
The lineup for the first day of Club Live at EDC Las Vegas includes artists like Roddy Lima, Sofi Tukker, Wooli, and Porter Robinson. The following days will feature performances from artists such as Frost Children, Sub Focus, Omnom, Kaskade, Boys Noize, Mary Droppinz, Layton Giordani, Beltran, Armin van Buuren, Alison Wonderland, and more. All content from Club Live will also be simulcast on Insomniac Radio, which traditionally broadcasts live from the festival.
Apple Music Club will offer free live streams of Club Live broadcasts, but an Apple Music subscription will be required to access audio-on-demand content after each broadcast. Stephen Campbell, Apple Music's global head of dance, electronic music & DJ mixes, expressed excitement about the partnership with iconic festivals like EDC, emphasizing the platform's commitment to connecting fans with the energy and culture of dance music. Club Live aims to bring world-class performances and the vibrant atmosphere of the dance floor to audiences worldwide, making Apple Music the go-to destination for EDC DJ sets and other defining cultural moments.
