The Green Bay Packers have received their first game date for the 2026 NFL season, with the announcement that they will face the Los Angeles Rams at SoFi Stadium on Wednesday, Nov. 25, the night before Thanksgiving. This Week 12 matchup, set for 7 p.m. CT, will be broadcast on Netflix, marking only the second time in team history that the Packers will play on a Wednesday. The previous instance was back in 1938 against the Chicago Cardinals in Buffalo. Green Bay has a recent history of playing on Thanksgiving, winning against the Miami Dolphins in 2024 and defeating Detroit in both 2023 and 2025 at Lambeau Field and Ford Field, respectively.
